Our Policy On Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you bought from GoPre.com, simply return it (you pay the postage) in the same excellent condition it arrrived in, along with an explanation of the problem, and we will refund you the entire purchase price of the item (minus the cost of shipping). If the item was damaged en route to you, we will replace the item as soon as possible, and simply ask that you mail us back the damaged item with the return label (postage paid) that we will provide when we re-ship your item.
