Also notice that in this picture and all the others we've seen, Pre never ran in a Nike branded singlet as far as we know he only had the opportunity to run in a generic singlet as shown here in this replica singlet designed very similar those used by Oregon in the early '70s. In fact, Oregon runners did not don a Nike branded (with an external logo anyway) until the later '70s based on all the Oregon team pics we've seen. He wore Nike shoes but we believe he never wore a Nike singlet. If you're a real runner, there's no better way to be like Pre than with this new, never worn racing singlet.
